Most in-stock items are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, white-glove delivery usually takes between 7 to 14 business days to ensure your pieces arrive in perfect condition.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, OMF ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.

What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to large furniture returns.

Are your wood products sustainably sourced?

Yes, OMF is committed to environmental responsibility. Over 80% of our wood collections are crafted from FSC-certified timber or reclaimed materials to minimize our ecological footprint.

Can I track my order once it has shipped?

Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link. For large furniture items, our carrier will also contact you to schedule a specific delivery window.
